Mitzvah Palooza at Ace Conference Center

Mitzvah Palooza at Ace Conference Center

We had such a blast helping to make the first annual Mitzvah Palooza a success! Check it out! Be sure to notice the clear umbrella with the gumball hanging out and the “tables” were donut shaped from our partners at Cort.

Our besties at CinemaCake  made this very fun film !

Graffiti Table

With 2014 Love Is In The Air right around the corner I wanted to revisit one of my favorite tables from last year’s event. The Graffiti Table!  We created the linen, used hardware for the napkin rings & had the funnest diamond plate chargers along with overhead industrial lighting with Edison bulbs!

The ultimate GLOW Party!

This was truly a fun concept that took a while to figure out! The client agreed our creative team nailed it. Everything glowed and the lighting on the tables changed colors so the room had a constant changing vibe. The kids seating was in front of  looping rollercoaster footage (the mitzvahs fav ride!) The seating was set at 3 different heights to mimic a coaster and covered in glowing spandex. The adult tables were futuristic and very fun.

This was a grand entrance to the Celebration!

We decided to create a striking entrance for this celebration themed – GLOW. It set the tone and was awesome. As the guests entered and departed the entire entrance changed colors.

Bean Bag Seating and Sign In

We loved this idea for our Mitzvah celebration at WHYY. Bean bags provided the seating, the giveaway and he sign in the for Mitzvah to keep! Multi uses for such a  cool element.

A wonderful Bat Mitzvah at Peche

This party came to use very last minute. We swooped in to help pull together the vision of the client and the caterer, Peachtree & Ward. I used the invitation as our quick inspiration. The envelope liner pattern and monogram were repeated in light patterns throughout the party. The client had a picture of hanging fringe that she just loved –so we made that happen in 2 different areas, adding a really cool vibe. We added some shimmer linens, minimal floral accents, furniture and pillows for a smart, modern look. The kids area was filled with rugs and bean bag chairs and one bean bag was Chloe’s sign in!

A Dylan’s Candy Bat Mitzvah that was AMAZING!!!

We were so thrilled to be helping this family with this incredibly special event. It was a Bat Mitzvah held at the Cira Center. Garces Group was the caterer. We were asked to create a party based on Dylan’s Candy Bar and use the ROYGBV colors as inspiration. And we did just that! Everything throughout the party was red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple – in that order! It was an incredibly fun challenge and we detailed every piece of the puzzle possible; linens, chair cushions, candy bar, candles, sign in board and pens, escort lollies, the menus, cocktail napkin, the bathroom basket… we did not miss a thing. We created a special chair for honoree as a keep sake and also made her a rock candy ring to compliment her stunning dress. I dressed my staff in red, orange, yellow, green , blue and purple shirts!

MITZVAH

“The Secret of HAVZTIM”
A homemade celebration for 2 adopted children who attend Germantown Academy. This was a celebration like no other. Mom and Dad were tirelessly involved building sets, making centerpieces, creating gifts, making sure the big party was touched by their hands in every aspect. I was lucky enough to help plan with them over a two year period.  It was held at Temple Tiferet in Blue Bell. The movie themed afternoon was a smashing success. The Secret of Havztim (MITZVAH spelled backwards!) was the highlight of the party.

April fun at Green Valley Country Club

Colors of deep orange and turquoise blue made the room come alive. All orange flowers in copper or wood containers made the tables for the luncheon look perfect. The most fun was the pillow seating for the kids at low tables. The guest of honor has a comic strip call “thehairdoguys” (check it out on FB!). I thought they should be part of the party so we incorporated them on the kids tables and at the escort entry table (which was beautiful!).

The Main Line Reform Temple never looked so good!

It was a cold January day but the inside of the MLRT looked awash in purples and silver. Stunning.
The guest of honor was a seasoned rider so we made horses out of Lucite for her tables and lit them dramatically. The sign in was a book of beautiful horse images. Escort cards were horse shoe and horse shaped cookies. The table numbers were horseshoes. We carried the theme to every last detail! It was one of our prettiest January events. The style was modern and clean with a dash of elegant.
