Monet’s Giverny

While in France, I traveled to Monet’s home in Giverny. What a sweet little French country town. This was one of the most inspirational visits of the summer. I am an art lover and creator and the feelings I had from being in his  place were overwhelming.  Standing in his room of art hanging on the walls just as it was when he lived there. The many different varieties of flowers all planted naturally , no formality to the plantings at all, impressionistic in style. His country home, painted in country French colors. It was all quite perfect and lovely.

While there, I was using an app from the NYC MMA that would create your image like an impressionist painting. It was so much fun. You can see some of the images below were created with the app.

This is a  must see if you are in or around Paris.
