The perfect place for a Tuscan Wedding in the hill town of Civitella di Val di Chiana

I found this very small hill town in my travels in Italy this past summer. I loved it so much I visited three times. It has a fabulous history and many, many stories all told thru the art and architecture of the town. There is a fabulous juxtaposition of medieval ruins against very modern art. The grounds are perfect for an outdoor wedding  located inside the remains of the original castle, built long, long ago. There is a breathtaking spot for the ceremony and many different spaces for the reception. Imagine a wedding “sotto le stelle” (under the stars). An adorable church is right across the piazza for a formal church service. A comfortable breeze is constant in this hilltown as well as some of the most amazing views.
