The wonders of Green Valley Country Club

A hidden gem and available for non-member weddings, Green Valley Country Club  is an incredibly special place. I was honored to have my company assist with a luncheon for the elite wedding planners of the Philadelphia area. Sarah Marquis, Catering Director (and one of the nicest people on earth) along with General Manager Harry Ginther  (he is really wonderful too!) arranged for a meal like no other for the guests. We dined on tempura crab, roasted tomato soup, sushi and other incredible yummies. There was even a small scallop plate with bacon foam (how do they “foam” bacon?!). It was all incredibly delicious and the service staff was attentive with a smile. Uncommon Events provided some simple décor of yellow roses and bright green linens to brighten up what was a bit of a dreary day. Yellow roses en mass can be so bright and cheery!
