The former powerplant is currently being converted into a unique and dramatic space that when completed will be able to host events large and small. The space will have a catering kitchen, and event planners can tap into our tenant list that includes specialty food producers, a hard cider maker, photographers, a florist, and a promotions / public relations firm.
